By using AsanConvert, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

AsanConvert provides online file conversion services. Free users may convert up to 10 files per day (150 MB each). Pro users get unlimited conversions (up to 500 MB per file) and higher priority processing.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use AsanConvert to convert files you do not own or have rights to. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. You may cancel at any time. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

6. File Storage & Privacy

Uploaded files are stored temporarily on secure servers. Free user files are deleted after 3 hours; Pro user files are retained for up to 30 days. We do not access your file contents beyond what is required for conversion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AsanConvert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free conversions.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
