What you can do with this EPS viewer
Made for logos and stock vectors
Brand kits, logo packs and stock illustration sites still ship EPS files. See exactly what you bought or were sent before you pass it to a designer or printer.
The full artwork, not the low-res preview
Many EPS files carry a tiny built-in preview image. We render the actual PostScript artwork, so you see the real thing at full resolution.
Fixes the "Mac can't open EPS" problem
Apple removed EPS and PostScript support from Preview in macOS Ventura. This viewer works in Safari on any Mac, old or new.
Nothing to install
No Ghostscript setup, no command line, no trial software. Files are deleted automatically after 3 hours.

What is an EPS file?
EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) is one of the oldest vector graphic formats, created by Adobe in the late 1980s for placing artwork inside page layouts. An EPS file is really a small PostScript program that describes how to draw the image, often with a low-resolution preview stored next to it.
Because it was the universal hand-off format for decades, EPS is still everywhere: logo packages, stock vector sites, sign-making and embroidery shops, and older print workflows. Most modern software has moved on to PDF and SVG, which is exactly why so many people now have EPS files and nothing to open them with.
To display an EPS properly, a program has to run its PostScript code. Windows has never done that out of the box, and since macOS Ventura neither does the Mac.
Why your EPS file will not open
EPS trouble almost always comes down to one of these.
You are on a Mac running Ventura or later
Apple removed PostScript rendering from Preview in macOS 13 Ventura. Files that opened fine on an older Mac now show an error. Upload them here instead.
Windows has nothing that reads EPS
Windows Photos and Paint cannot display EPS. Office stopped inserting EPS images years ago for security reasons. A browser viewer avoids installing anything.
You only see a blurry or grey box
Some programs show just the small preview image saved inside the EPS, or a grey placeholder when there is none. Rendering the PostScript gives you the real artwork.
Inkscape or GIMP asks for Ghostscript
Free editors depend on Ghostscript to read EPS, and installing it is fiddly. Here the rendering happens on our servers.
You need the logo as a normal image
For a website, a document or social media, convert the EPS to PNG (transparent) or JPG after checking it here.
Working in CorelDRAW? The EPS to CDR converter gives you an editable CorelDRAW file.
